Welcome to Empower Possible! I’m Julie Zaruba Fountaine, founder and solo consultant dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive through change management, leadership development, and well-being coaching.

With over a decade of experience, I hold advanced credentials including an MBA in Change and Leadership, a Master’s in Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science, and certifications in PROSCI and Mountain 10. These qualifications equip me to guide you through meaningful personal and organizational transformations.

My approach goes beyond providing services; it’s about creating an empowering journey tailored to your unique needs that opens new possibilities and supports you every step of the way.

My Story and Vision

Empower Possible was born from my own experience overcoming burnout and witnessing how many organizations struggle to fully support their people. I recognized a critical need for solutions addressing both individual well-being and systemic organizational change with a holistic, integrated approach.

When I’m not partnering with clients to facilitate change, I enjoy exploring nature, having visited over 30 national parks through hiking, biking, and paddling. Time with family and friends grounds and energizes me.
